Complaints
Who to write to, what happens next, and how long it takes. A complaints process nobody can find is not a complaints process.
Write to complaints@litorauae.com. We acknowledge every complaint within two working days and aim to give a full response within 14 days.
Clause 1How to complain
Email complaints@litorauae.com, or write to Rank First Technologies Private Limited, F-542, Phase 8A, Sector 75, Mohali, Punjab 140308, India. Please include your name, the email address on your account, what went wrong, when it happened, and what you would like us to do. Screenshots or transaction references help.
Clause 2What this covers
Anything about the service we provide: the platform not working as described, a wallet charge or top-up you dispute, how your account or data has been handled, or how you have been treated by us.
It does not cover the legal work you do using the platform. Litora UAE is a preparation tool, not a law firm, and does not provide legal services. A complaint about legal services you received from a lawyer should go to that firm first, and then to the authority that licenses the lawyer.
Clause 3What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within two working days.
- A person, not an automated system, looks into it.
- We aim to send a full written response within 14 days. If we need longer, we tell you why and when to expect it.
- If we got something wrong, we say so and put it right — including a refund or a wallet credit where that is the fair outcome under the refund policy.
Clause 4If you are not satisfied
If you are a consumer and remain unhappy, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme or bring the matter before the competent authority or court in the UAE. Nothing in this process affects your statutory rights, including those under the UAE consumer protection law.

For anything about personal data, write to privacy@litorauae.com. You may also raise a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

This document is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable there, and the courts referred to in the terms of service have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
